Description

We are seeking passionate individuals with strong expertise in Microsoft Technology and AWS Cloud Technology. Should have worked on ASP.NET, MVC, Java, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint and JavaScript frameworks. Knowledge/Experience of building applications on AWS Cloud would be preferred. Good knowledge of Agile development, preferably SCRUM certified project manager. Development experience on AWS or Azure highly regarded, Past experience in health is must, someone who can handle heath underwritting.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for interacting with business users, Development and execution of midsize projects using Microsoft based technologies, converting user requirements into executable code.
  • Proactively manage and handle change requirements, identify potential crises and devise contingency plan.
  • Prepare progress reports for project stakeholders, requirements documentation and presentations.
  • Create and manage the plan for moving technical solutions to final client hand-off.
  • Assemble and coordinate the internal and external teams to gain consensus on deliverables from each team.
  • Collaboratively adapt existing and develop new project plans, processes, and communication standards for the operations teams
  • Manage the formulation and ongoing tracking of each project.
  • Provide technical leadership in support of best practices to a project, ensuring solutions are scalable, available, and functional.
  • Lead requirements interpretation, design, and custom application development in support of Microsoft technologies utilizing SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Visual Studio, and third-party plugins.
  • Ability to work with internal team & external Business Partners (Vendors)
  • Provide production support for assigned systems and troubleshoot technical issues.

 

Secondary Skills

  • Experience in Agile/Waterfall,
  • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills (CXO’s)
  • Vendor Management
  • Health underwriting.
  • Should have managed 2-3 projects (duration of 1+year and budget 5 cr+) independently.

Technical Skills (Competent in any 5 – Java, .NET, MVC, Portals, Middleware, Web Services, Integrations, APIs, SQL Servers, Mobility, Data, BI, CRM, Core Insurance Systems, SAP, Event Engines, Rules Management)

Qualifications

Post-Graduate, Graduate (IT Qualification Required: BE IT/BCA/MCA preferred

or/and Certified Course from reputed IT institutes) PMP/ITIL Certified
