Legal Specialist

Role:

• Aspirant should have completed his/her bachelor’s degree in law.
• Should have knowledge of Accident claims and its process.
• Aspirant with minimum of 2 years’ experience in  Third Party claims is desirable
• Aspirant should know to speak and write Local language.
• Aspirant should be acquainted with length and breadth of Karnataka
• Aspirant should take care of settlement and defend the cases in policy violation cases
• Should travel across Karnataka to lead evidence on behalf of the company and also for settlement.
• Should scrutinize the investigation report and send the same to advocate with line of action.
• Should process the awards within stipulated time frame of Lower courts and High Court
• Follow up with the advocates for the status of the pending cases
• Need to review pending cases from time to time and maintain adequate reserve.
• Other Misc. Work as required from time to time.
