Description

Primary Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for Motor business performance & Portfolio management for Large Brokers/ Channels at Pan India
  • Contribute in achieving the topline & LR targets as set by the management through regular reviews with all stakeholders
  • Contribute in price review exercise at regular intervals through market benchmarking & identifying the areas for correction
  • Liaison with all stakeholders (Sales, IT, Operations, Legal & Compliance) for all matters pertaining to this role.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all the underwriting approvals & guidelines.
  • Work with IT and Operations staff to ensure that business requirements are met and that customers are provided with a high level of service.
  • Conduct trainings on product & UW processes.
  • Manage all the expectations of the key shareholders and work together to achieve shared organizational goals
  • Technical Audit for respective role.
  • Total Experience- Minimum 6~9 years in claims/ Motor Underwriting

 

Competencies

 

  • In-depth understanding of  Motor product & GI industry.
  • Good technical knowledge about automobiles along with knowledge on on-ground motor insurance risks
  • Good observation skills & should be capable of exercising quality check on motor pre-inspection photographs
  • Logical thinking ability, Sound analytical & solution oriented mindset.
  • Good presentation & communication skills.

Qualifications

Graduate/Diploma in Automobile / MBA and graduate with post qualification course in insurance, AIII / FIII
