Description

Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of motor insurance is essential. Familiarize with concepts like product coverages, policy issuance, claims processing, payments / accounting, and reinsurance.

Analytical Skills: Should have strong analytical abilities. Should be able to analyze data related to motor insurance, such as claims data, premium collections, and loss ratios. These insights drive informed decision-making.

Requirements Management: Manage requirements which involves analyzing, documenting, and tracking requirements for system implementation. Attention to detail and effective communication are crucial.

Communication Skills: BAs facilitate meetings and workshops. Develop excellent communication skills to gain agreement on requirements and address any issues that arise.

Business Acumen: Understand the motor insurance industry’s dynamics, market trends, and regulatory landscape. This knowledge informs his recommendations and solutions.

Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders—such as underwriters, sales, operation and IT teams—to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

 

Skills:

  • Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and domain knowledge in insurance or underwriting.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in insurance or underwriting would be highly beneficial.

Bachelor's Degree / MBA
