Description

Operational Matrix - Service Delivery & Productivity:

  • Ensure process are followed as per rolled out SOP.
  • Discrepancy Management across LOBs
  • TAT adherence for inward and policy issuance
  • Ensure Productivity (capacity utilization) to be 100%+
  • Quality control

Strengthen Operations control and cost containment

  • Satisfactory Audit score for the branch.
  • Manager review audit for their region
  • Banking Control and Reoncilation closure
  • Petty Cash management 
  • Cost control opportunities
  • All the compliance and audit registers are maintained as per process

Customer Centricity  :

  • Effective resolution of customer quries received by the branch

People Engagement & Branch Activities

  • Own the branch – Sales support and effective coordination with the central team. To be responsible for all the respective branch activities
  • Through Understanding of the Products, Processes and Systems.
  • Ensure process changes are effectively shared and discussed with other stakeholders in their region
  • Timely Archival

 

Project and Initiatives:

  • IMD / Sales team Training - Organize training on regular interval for our process and system updates and UW guidelines
  • Initiatives closure - Need to identify the process / system improvement and deliver through of iThink platform till closure
  • Capacity Utilization - Effectively manage the ops resources and organize the load sharing management.
  • UAT Feedback - Timely deliver the UAT feedbacks.

Experience Level: 2 years+ experience in insurance in general insurance is a must

Team management experience of at least 2 years is a must.
