• Job description- Third party financial crimes prevention, monitoring and mitigation
• Design and implement processes, policies, and systems to identify and mitigate various third-party risks, including corruption risks. Develop appropriate network in organization to better understand the organization’s exposure to financial crime risks and take steps to prevent and mitigate such risks.
• Develop trainings and other reference material to be used across the organization to spread awareness about corruption and other financial crime risks and initiate necessary initiatives to ensure greater visibility of these risks among employees and third parties.
• Conduct due diligence, independent reviews, analysis and risk scoring of third parties in compliance with applicable policies.
• Develop and maintain database of third-party due diligence activities, including risk assessments, and develop and maintain centralized repository of third party contracting and due diligence documentation.
• Furnish such reports about third party corruption and financial crime risks and test the efficacy of the third-party due diligence and risk mitigation program from time to time, including testing of payment activity, either in house or by using outside expert firms.
• Advise leadership team and other stakeholders on various initiatives to mitigate third party corruption risks and other risks related to financial crimes.
