Product Lead - Property underwriting

The candidate will play a pivotl role in analyzing, evaluating, and underwriting commerical line products (Fire, Engineering, Marine) in alignment with company policies and market practices.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Evaluate and underwrite new and renewal proposals
• Conduct risk analysis based on data given, inspection reports, business nature, risk assessment
• Determine appropriate pricing, terms & conditions as per compliance
• Ensure accurate preparation of quotes, support in policy issuance
• Maintain underwriting documentation and adhere to compliacne standards
• Work closely with brokers, agents and clients to understand and provide insurance solutions
• Keep adreast of industru trends, market dynamics and competitor activities

Collaboration :

• Liaise with Sales, claims, operations teams
• Contribute to the development of underwriting guidelines and training to sales
