• Overall understanding of Group Health & Group Personal Accident Product
• Group Health & Group Personal Accident portfolio management
• Underwriting Skills for Group Health & Group Personal Accident Products
• Knowledge of Health Insurance products and processes.
• Anaylse industry trends and market developments
• Working knowledge of IT system
• Working in team with Sales, IT and operations
• Market intelligence
• Good communication skill
