Description

  • Experience in leading our end user support (desktop/laptop/networking) function within IT.
  • Adherence to ITIL framework for incident and problem management.
  • Lead team of desktop/network engineers.
  • Support helpdesk / Ticket Management, Problem management, SLA management with vendor and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure up to date OS patching across all end user devices
  • Ensure strict adherence to access management processes.
  • Device (laptop/desktop) provisioning for end users with appropriate security standards/hardening.
  • Timely resolution of IT security vulnerabilities in coordination with security team and end user.
  • Effectively manage the inventory of all corporate purchased or leased hardware and related peripherals (including desktops, laptops) and software assets.
  • Maintaining and reporting hardware and software inventory & license compliance report to top management
  • Periodically perform physical asset verification across all Liberty branches
  • Use root cause analysis to reduce repeated incidents through effective problem management process.
  • Managing budget for end user support function within IT.
  • Interacting with internal customers and managing their expectations to improve service delivery.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in desktop/laptop support with at least 3 years’ experience of managing/leading team.
  • Hands-on experience in MS O365, MS Exchange, Active directory, Windows desktop operating systems, OS imaging, automated OS security patching.
  • Good understanding of networking technologies and fundamentals.
  • Microsoft certified professional will be given preference.
  • Fluency in written/spoken communication.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or B.E. degree
  • ITIL certification is must
