• Retail Health portfolio management – analyze and review on regular basis
• Creating business strategy for growth and profitability
• Product development and implementation
• Lead the team of Underwriters
• Analyses industry trends and market developments to Maintain underwriting process consistency and adherence for better TAT for quote submission and issue resolution
• System Requirement gathering, UAT and co-ordination with IT team for development of Health products
• Strong collaboration with immediate stakeholders – distribution, claims, IT
  Implementation & Adherence to regulatory compliances
• Knowledge on building raters and hands on price modelling will be an added advantage
