VP & National Product Manager - Motor Underwriting

• Responsible for Motor business performance & Portfolio management for Prime Brokers Channel (large aggregator and digital channel) at Pan India
• Contribute in achieving the topline & LR targets as set by the management through regular reviews with all stakeholders.
• Contribute in price review exercise at regular intervals through market benchmarking & identifying the areas for correction
• Liaison with all stakeholders (Sales, IT, Operations, Legal & Compliance) for all matters pertaining to this role.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all the underwriting approvals & guidelines.
• Work with IT and Operations staff to ensure that business requirements are met and that customers are provided with a high level of service.
• Conduct trainings on product & UW processes.
• Manage all the expectations of the key shareholders and work together to achieve shared organizational goals.
